In May, June and September there is a fee for electric energy consumption calculated according to the reading of the electricity sub-meter placed in each cottage in accordance with ENEA provider rates.
1. The price list covers all persons regardless of their age.
2. Persons not confirmed in the e-mail reservation message pay an additional fee – 100 PLN/person/day
3. Environmental fee for a pet (only small dogs of the York type are admitted) – 15 PLN/day.
4. The price list concerns the stays of minimum 7 nights.
5. The maximum number of people in a cottages regardless of age is 6.
6. A refundable deposit of 200 PLN is charged on arrival.
7. Pursuant to the regulations, the down payment is non-refundable.
8. In the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days from the date of arrival – the resort has the right to charge the landlord the total amount of the stay.
9. In the absence of check-in (no information) on arrival, after 24 hours the resort has the right to rent a house to other people.
The price does not include the climatic fee acc. to the Dziwnów-Gmina rates.
